Mizoram’s Smart Cities Program Unveils High-Tech 5G Ambulances for Zoram Medical College and Civil Hospital
Mizoram Smart Cities Mission has achieved a remarkable milestone with the introduction of two state-of-the-art 5G-enabled Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulances to Zoram Medical College and Civil Hospital Aizawl. This initiative is part of the larger endeavour under the Smart Cities Mission to provide a total of eight advanced ambulances to several healthcare facilities in Aizawl, including private hospitals.
These cutting-edge 5G ALS Ambulances, a testament to the relentless pursuit of excellence by the Aizawl Smart City Limited, represent a groundbreaking achievement in the state of Mizoram. Each ambulance is packed with essential medical equipment, including a defibrillator, cardiac monitor, transport ventilator, syringe infusion pump, and video and audio conference devices. These advanced tools empower medical professionals to offer real-time guidance and support to paramedics while patients are being transported under critical conditions. Moreover, the ambulances come fully equipped with portable oxygen, spinal boards, and scoop stretchers, ensuring comprehensive care throughout the transit.
